Definitely, NSFFW (not suitable for fashion week)!
We hope there was an age requirement to attend Rick Owens’ Fall 2015-2016 menswear collection during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday, Jan. 22, because the designer literally went balls to the wall in pushing the envelope.
Much to the surprise of the unsuspecting editors and socialites in attendance, a few of the male models strutted down the runway wearing loose-fitting tunics that had a strategic opening around the mens’ nether region. That’s not to say the entire collection was blush-inducing: Owens also introduced more traditional pieces like peacoats and sweaters.

The inspiration of the collection was “a forgotten black and white french movie set in a military submarine. The mood is about the strain of preserving reason under extreme pressure,” according to the press release for the celeb-loved designer (Beyonce, Jessica Alba, and Jennifer Aniston have all worn the California native’s clothes).
